August June 2012 USTGRUP PLAZA The construction of the plaza project, which includes the head offices of Üstgrup construction and Demka construction, was started in August 2011 and completed in June 2012. In the project, which was built using reinforced concrete and steel construction technique, aluminum composite plate cladding and structural silicone curtain wall systems were used as exterior wall coverings. The plaza building, which has a total construction area of 1000 m2, consists of 3 floors.
